Born in 1984, Dr. Fabio Piccotti<\/strong> is today one of the most authoritative figures in Italian dentistry. His training spans Rome, Naples, Turin and California, where he studied under the legendary Cliff Ruddle, a global master of endodontics. He is an active member of AIE<\/strong> and SIDOC<\/strong> and in 2019 he founded Shape IT<\/strong> Endo, an education company that supports colleagues with live and online courses, clinical cases and advanced protocols.
As a Key Opinion Leader<\/strong>, he collaborates with international brands such as Coltene, Orodeka and Komet<\/strong>, contributing to the development of innovative tools. His philosophy is rooted in minimally invasive dentistry<\/strong>, making constant use of the operating microscope to ensure more accurate diagnoses and highly conservative treatments. Inspired by the principles of slow dentistry, he rejects shortcuts and haste, focusing instead on thoughtful, personalized, and long-lasting care.

Born in 1991, she graduated in Dental Hygiene<\/strong> in 2013 and immediately began working in a high-tech environment, where she met Dr. Fabio Piccotti. From there, a path of passion, study and growth took shape. With over ten years of experience, she has specialized in minimally invasive periodontology<\/strong> (Master Ghezzi, 2016), served as an official GBT trainer for EMS<\/strong> (2020\u20132023), deepened her expertise in carious and aesthetic pathologies with the Black&White course (Emiliani-Turrini, 2024), and advanced her knowledge of oral pathology with Prof. Lodi (2021).
She contributes as a speaker at courses and conferences, sharing her expertise on topics such as microscopy and black stains. Her approach is centered on listening: every treatment, even the smallest one, is for her an opportunity to improve the patient\u2019s quality of life<\/strong>. After earning his degree in Dentistry in Florence<\/strong> \u2013 enriched by an exchange at the European University of Madrid <\/strong>\u2013 he completed a Master\u2019s in Clinical Orthodontics<\/strong> under Prof. Paola Cozza. There, he met Prof. Luca Lombardo, who inspired him to pursue a specialization school.
Dividing his time between Prato<\/strong> and Ferrara<\/strong>, he balanced study and clinical practice<\/strong> until 2024, when he obtained his specialization in Orthodontics and published a book on skeletal anchorage<\/strong>.
In parallel, he expanded his expertise with advanced courses in facial aesthetic medicine and minimally invasive injection techniques<\/strong> for conservative aesthetic treatments<\/strong>.
His approach integrates orthodontics and aesthetics: not only aligning teeth, but creating natural harmony that enhances the face and its expression.

Born in 1982 in Carrara, Dr. Mattia Fontana<\/strong> is a Swiss Federal Orthodontist<\/strong> and a member of national and international scientific societies<\/strong>. After graduating with honors in Dentistry<\/strong> from the University of Parma, he earned his specialization in Orthodontics at the University of Insubria in Varese, where he later served as a clinical tutor. During his specialization, he attended an intensive wire-bending course at the Charles H. Tweed International Foundation in Arizona<\/strong> \u2013 globally renowned for multibracket fixed appliance therapy \u2013 and obtained certification to practice in Switzerland<\/strong>, where he continues to work in Canton Ticino.
Upon returning to Carrara<\/strong>, he started his clinical practice from scratch, devoting himself exclusively to orthodontics<\/strong> and the treatment<\/strong> of complex cases<\/strong>. His pursuit of excellence led him to achieve prestigious certifications: IBO<\/strong> (2019) and EBO<\/strong> (2018), placing him among a select group of certified European specialists<\/strong>. In 2019, he also won the IAED Challenge<\/strong>, awarded for the best aesthetic case among<\/strong> young professionals under 40<\/strong>. Dr. Fontana is an active member of leading scientific societies including IAED<\/strong>, AIdOR<\/strong>, SITEBI<\/strong>, AAO<\/strong>, EOS<\/strong> and WFO<\/strong>, and is a frequent lecturer at courses<\/strong>, master programs<\/strong>, and international congresses<\/strong>. In 2020, he founded a successful private course, All On Ex 4<\/strong> \u2013 Extractive Treatment in Orthodontics<\/strong>, held twice a year in Florence and later expanded to Europe, representing the peak of his research<\/strong> into excellence in extraction cases<\/strong>. Today, his approach stands out for precision<\/strong>, planning and transparency<\/strong> in both timelines and results: every smile must be beautiful, stable, functional and naturally livable<\/strong>.
